A: All of our vintage items are pre-loved and are at least 20 years old. All our vintage pieces are one-of-a-kind and there is only one of each style in stock. Please note that there is normal wear on vintage items, and to read each listing carefully before purchase.
Q: I have a question about an item. Who can I contact?
A: We are here 24/7 to help you out in any way. Simply fill out the contact form and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
Q: I don't have a Pay Pal account. Is there any other forms of payment you accept?
A: At the moment, we accept all major credit cards through Pay Pal only. It is one of the safest ways to complete your transaction, and takes only a few minutes to set up. Visit www.paypal.com for more information.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, Vintage Mavens ships world wide! Vintage Mavens is not responsible for any customs fees that may be presented upon package arrival.
Q: How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
A: All US orders are filled within two days of being received, and usually arrive at their destination a week after the order was initially placed. International orders are also filled within two days, but vary in delivery time depending on the customs department of that country. In general, however, most international parcels arrive within 2-4 weeks.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: All domestic orders within the U.S. will receive a tracking number. International orders are shipped International First Class with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and does NOT come with a tracking number. If you would like to upgrade your order to include a tracking number, please contact us BEFORE purchase by filling out the "contact" form on the website.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We pride ourselves in choosing the highest quality pieces for our website. Please note that our vintage pieces will have normal wear from age. Please read all descriptions and look at all photos carefully, because we conduct returns on a case-by-case basis for store credit only.
